How are your caregivers chosen?
Our caregivers for custodial care are more than just aids; they are companions that often establish long-term friendships with our clients. Through personal interviews and detailed assessments, we evaluate what a client needs and expects most from a caregiver.

Our thorough caregiver screening process includes verification of education, training, and work experience. Applicants must provide employment history along with certifications and diplomas. Written reference letters with phone numbers Photo ID and social security number, TB clearance, criminal clearance, first aid and CPR certification DMV report, and auto insurance verification.

During the selection process of choosing caregivers, we make our professional recommendation to the family of two to three caregivers. Then, it is fully up to the client's personal preference for which caregiver is the most suitable for them. All of our caregivers have genuine concern for our clients and a keen awareness of their responsibilities. They pride themselves in paying special attention to each client on an individual basis and dedicating themselves in meeting the clients' needs. Our clients are accorded proper respect and dignity at all times.
